Drive A New High Performance Car Every Month!

Lamborghini, Veneno, Roadster

The Lamborghini Veneno is a limited production high performance sports car manufactured by Italian automobile manufacturer Lamborghini. Based on the Lamborghini Aventador, the Veneno was developed to celebrate Lamborghini’s 50th anniversary. It was introduced at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. When introduced, it had a price of US$4,500,000, which makes it the one of the most expensive production cars in the world.

The prototype, Car Zero, is finished in Grigio Telesto (medium grey) and includes an Italian flag vinyl on both sides of the car.

Continuing with Lamborghini's tradition of naming its cars after famous fighting bulls, the Veneno is named after a famous fighting bull known for killing its matador in 1914. The name "Veneno" means venom in Spanish language.

The Lamborghini Veneno Roadster takes the aerodynamic efficiency of a racing prototype onto everyday roads. This super sports car is characterized by optimal aerodynamics in order to guarantee stability in fast curves and a behavior like a racing prototype. All of this on a car devised for the road. The perfect car for sports-driving lovers.

Like the hardtop version, the Veneno Roadster gets a 6.5-liter V12 engine that churns out 750 horsepower. The engine is mated to a seven-speed "IRS" transmission. The car features permanent all-wheel drive with a pushrod suspension. The roadster version has a top speed of 221 mph.
